Prahova – Romania, with Unic Registration Number 31508328, including, without limitation, its owners, directors, investors, employees or other related parties.
B. Personal Information
In operating the Company Websites and Payment Gateway, the Company may require you to register for an account to utilize the Services. When opening an account or electing to receive email newsletters and offers from us, we will collect personal information from you, such as your full name, email address, phone number, Crypto wallet address, financial and banking information, and other information that may be used to personally identify you, specifically for Know Your Customer (“KYC”) reviews (collectively “Personal Information”). Your ID can be National ID, Passport or Driving License. Your address proof can be utulity bill, national adress proof or any document issued by authorities. In case you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to provide the services.
