1. GENERAL

Depending upon the context, “CoinCall.eu” may also refer to the Platforms, products, website, content or other materials (collectively “CoinCall Platforms”) provided by CoinCall.eu.
The Platform allows all registered users of the Platform (“Members”) to purchase digital currencies. The Platform operated by CoinCall.eu allows buyers (“Buyers”) and sellers (“Sellers”) to buy and sell Cryptocurrencies such as “Bitcoins”, AEScoin, etc.
Depending on Your country of residence, you may not be able to use all the functions of the Site. It is your responsibility to follow those rules and laws in Your country of residence and/or country from which You access this Site and Platforms.
2. ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND OUR STATUS
IMPORTANT! BY CLICKING ON THE “I AGREE” BUTTON OR A SIMILAR AFFIRMATION, OR BY ACKNOWLEDGING ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT BY ANY OTHER METHOD ALLOWED, OR BY USING OR ACCESSING THE COINCALL.EU PLATFORM VIA A COMPUTER OR A MOBILE APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
A. YOU HAVE REVIEWED AND UNDERSTAND THE AGREEMENT;
B. YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE „TERMS OF USE” OF THE AGREEMENT; AND
C. YOUR USE OR USE OF THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT OF THE AND PLATFORMS WILL BE GOVERNED BY THIS AGREEMENT.
Where the „Terms of Use” of the Contract are unacceptable or incomprehensible, or unclear to you in their entirety or in part, you shall have no right to use the CoinCall.eu Platform. In case you are in doubt regarding the „Terms of Use” of the Contract, you must consult with a lawyer before entering into any transaction related to the purchase or sale of the virtual currency.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS THIS SITE AND DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.
By opening an account to use the Platform (“Account”), You expressly represent and warrant:
A. You have accepted these Terms of Use;
B. You are at least 18 years of age and have the full capacity to accept these Terms of Use and enter into a transaction involving Crypto Currency
C. You are from the country in which exchanging of cryptocurrencies is legal in the jurisdiction
3. PRECONDITIONS FOR USE of THE COINBAGO PLATFORM
An absolute prerequisite for using the CoinCall.eu Platform is creation of your Account at the CoinCall.eu Platform.
The right and possibility to use the CoinCall.eu Platform will be granted to you only upon registering at the CoinCall.eu Platform in accordance with the procedure laid down further in these Terms and Conditions by submitting the required data about yourself. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you must also provide the data about the legal entity represented by you.
4. RISKS
The trading of goods and products, real or virtual, as well as virtual currencies involves significant risk. Prices can and do fluctuate on any given day. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment. Any currency – virtual or not – may be subject to large swings in value and may even become worthless. There is an inherent risk that losses will occur because of buying, selling or trading anything on a market.
Crypto currency trading also has special risks not generally shared with official currencies or goods or commodities in a market. Unlike most currencies, which are backed by governments or other legal entities, or by commodities such as gold or silver, Crypto currencies are a unique kind of “fiat” currency, backed by technology and trust. There is no central bank that can take corrective measure to protect the value of Crypto currencies in a crisis or issue more currency. Instead, Crypto currencies are an as-yet autonomous and largely unregulated worldwide system of currency firms and individuals. Traders put their trust in a digital, decentralized and partially anonymous system that relies on peer-to-peer networking and cryptography to maintain its integrity.
Crypto currencies trading is probably susceptible to irrational (or rational) bubbles or loss of confidence, which could collapse demand relative to supply. For example, confidence might collapse in Crypto currencies because of unexpected changes imposed by the software developers or others, a government crackdown, the creation of superior competing alternative currencies, or a deflationary or inflationary spiral. Confidence might also collapse because of technical problems: if the anonymity of the system is compromised, if money is lost or stolen, or if hackers or governments are able to prevent any transactions from settling.
There may be additional risks that we have not foreseen or identified in our Terms of Use.
You should carefully assess whether your financial situation and tolerance for risk is suitable for buying, selling or trading Crypto currencies.
We use our banking providers to receive client moneys and making payments. Our banking providers DO NOT transfer Crypto currencies, exchange Crypto currencies, or provide any Platforms in connection with Crypto currencies.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PROFIT FROM TRADING OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE WEBSITE.
5. MAINTAINING YOUR ACCOUNT:
Our Rules
This Site is for Your personal and non-commercial use only. We are vigilant in maintaining the security of our Site and the Platform. By registering with us, you agree to provide us with current, accurate, and complete information about Yourself as prompted by the registration process, and to keep such information updated. You further agree that You will not use any Account other than Your own or access the Account of any other Member at any time or assist others in obtaining unauthorized access.
The creation or use of Accounts without obtaining our prior express permission will result in the immediate suspension of all said Accounts, as well as all pending purchase/sale offers. Any attempt to do so or to assist others (Members or otherwise), or the distribution of instructions, software or tools for that purpose, will result in the Accounts of such Members being terminated. Termination is not the exclusive remedy for such a violation, and we may elect to take further action against You.
You also are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account information, including your password, safeguarding your own Crypto currencies, and for all activity including Transactions that are posted to Your Account. If there is suspicious activity related to your Account, we may, but are not obligated, to request additional information from You, including authenticating documents, and to freeze any transactions pending our review. You are obligated to comply with these security requests or accept termination of Your Account. You are required to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Account or password, or any other breach of security by email addressed to. Any Member who violates these rules may be terminated, and thereafter held liable for losses incurred by us or any user of the Site.
You agree to receive transactional emails from us. Such emails will be stopped upon your request using the “unsubscribe” option presented in any such email, when applicable.
Finally, you agree that You will not use the Platform to perform criminal activity of any sort, including but not limited to, money laundering, illegal gambling operations, terrorist financing, or malicious hacking.
6. SUSPENSION, TERMINATION, AND CANCELLATION
You may terminate this agreement with us, and close your Account at any time, following settlement of any pending transactions.
You also agree that we may, by giving notice, in its sole discretion terminate Your access to the Site and to Your Account, including without limitation, our right to: limit, suspend or terminate the Platform and Members’ Accounts, prohibit access to the Site and its content, Platforms and tools, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep Members off the Site if we think that they are creating problems or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms. Additionally, we may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate Accounts of Members for any reason, including without limitation:
A. attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site or another Member’s account or aiding others’ attempting to do so,
B. overcoming software security features limiting use of or protecting any content,
C. usage of the Platform to perform illegal activities such as money laundering, illegal gambling operations, financing terrorism, or other criminal activities,
D. violations of these Terms of Use,
E. failure to pay or fraudulent payment for Transactions,
F. unexpected operational difficulties, or
G. upon the request of law enforcement or other government agencies, if deemed to be legitimate and compelling by us, acting in its sole discretion.
The abovementioned notwithstanding, CoinCall.eu may, subject to its sole discretion terminate the Platforms or refuse to open any user an account or terminate any use by You of the Site. Upon any suspension, termination or cancellation of a Transaction, CoinCall.eu is under no obligation to allow You to reinstate such Transaction and may not provide You the same price or same terms as any canceled Transaction.
In the event Your Account is terminated by CoinCall.eu, CoinCall.eu may provide You with notice of termination. In addition, you acknowledge that CoinCall.eu is not obligated to disclose any findings and information acquired by Company’s security and risk management procedures.
7. TERMINATION BY YOU
You may terminate Your Account at any time by submitting Your request to terminate Your Account at support@CoinCall.eu
No termination fee shall apply, except that You will be responsible for fulfilling any outstanding payment obligations to CoinCall.eu existing as of the effective date of termination and to settle any pending Transactions. CoinCall.eu reserves the right to suspend any pending transactions at the time of cancellation.
8. AVAILABILITY
All Platforms are provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not represent that this Site will be available at all time to meet your needs. We will strive to provide You with the Platform as soon as possible but there are no guarantees that access will not be interrupted, or that there will be no delays, failures, errors, omissions or loss of transmitted information.
We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Site can normally be accessed by You in accordance with these Terms of Use. We may suspend use of the Site for maintenance and we will make reasonable efforts to give you notice. You acknowledge that this may not be possible in an emergency.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be held responsible for any damage, financial or other, in any case of a breach or a compromise on the Member’s end that will lead to such damage.
When using the Website’s Platforms, Members are fully responsible to comply with all laws and regulations applying in the jurisdiction they reside in.
10. RESTRICTED ITEMS AND SERVICES
The following items and/or services may not be bought or sold with our service(s):
- Illegal drugs and substances.
- Pornography featuring underage or unconsenting performers.
- Software or websites with malware, viruses, trojans, spoofing, etc.
- High-yield investment programs (HYIP)
- Content which may be:
- Libellous or maliciously false;
- Infringe any copyright, moral right, database right, trademark right, design right, right in passing off, or other intellectual property right;
- Be in contempt of any court, or in breach of any court order;
- Be in breach of racial or religious hatred or discrimination legislation;
- Be untrue, false, inaccurate or misleading;
- Constitute spam;

We may provide information on the price, range, volatility of Crypto currencies and events that have affected the price of Crypto currencies, but this is not considered investment advice and should not be construed as such. Any decision to purchase or sell Crypto currencies is Your decision and We will not be liable for any loss suffered.
13. FINANCIAL REGULATION
Our business model, and our Platform, consists of facilitating the buying, selling Crypto currencies and making Wallet to Wallet transfers to Merchants. Using Cryptocurrencies to purchase goods is an unregulated, international open payment system.
14. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF PLATFORMS
Although, in principle, the duration of this site is undetermined, we reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the provision of its Platforms or content, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice to users.
We may also change the terms of use of this website or the Platforms offered at any time, including but not limited to:
A. Change of prices without prior notice
B. Deny sale to clients accessing the Platform using anonymity tools, IP hiding and all those that hide identification and/or origin
C. Deny the sale to customers who do not demonstrate a minimum of trust, this trust based in implementing algorithms on the data provided by the client.
D. Close the sale temporarily or permanently without notice
